Override Robot Lift

This is the lift mechanism for the Override robot. It is a 4 bar with a free arm attached to the end, so it acts like a dr4b lift while giving up a lot more functionality. The design is inspired by 62a. It will have a chain bar free arm to keep the end parallel.
